Dynamic Movement Skills® is a methodology for professional athletes, children and adults. It is a training and rehabilitation concept which stimulates the central nervous system (CNS) as well as the peripheral nervous system (PNS). This helps to develop and refine the neuromuscular effectiveness and general motor skills. The elaborated training plans lead to the individual improvement of motor skills, balance, rhythm ability, coordination and agility. These core competencies help to develop the range of motion and movement precision in both linear running and functional and explosive movements in sport.
